It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
All refunds requested after 7 days will be issued in the form of store credit.
Returns for a refund to original form of payment may be requested within 7 days of receipt of order. All refunds requested after 7 days will be issued in the form of store credit. Returns requested after 30 days of receipt of order will not be accepted.
To begin a return, email us with your request and order number at info@nolicalifornia.com.
To be approved for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, you must send item(s) back to us within 5 days of return approval.
All customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance when choosing your return shipping method.
If you would like us to email you a prepaid return shipping label, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved Returns
Once we receive returned item(s), our team will inspect it and notify you via email if it has been approved. Approved refunds to original form of payment may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Approved refunds in the form of store credit will be issued within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Earrings (for hygienic purposes), gift cards, final sale items, custom items, promotional items, gifts with purchase, shipping fees.

Repairs
Our jewelry is delicate and accidents happen! Please email us to request a repair with a clear photo of the damaged item. All customers are responsible for return shipping fees. You must contact us before shipping to ensure the item is fixable.
